We don't ask clients to measure something we don't measure ourselves. The dashboard below shows our own engineering team's rolling 30-day DORA performance, computed from GitHub commits, Vercel deployments, and Jira incidents.

How We Measure
The dashboard pulls from three sources: GitHub (commits, PRs, deployments), Vercel (production deploys), and Jira (incidents). Data refreshes every 60 seconds.
The numbers above are P50 over a rolling 30-day window. When API tokens aren't configured, we show fallback data from the last successful build.
Why We Publish This
- 01Credibility. When a client asks "how do we know this works," we point at our own numbers.
- 02Discipline. Public metrics produce private discipline.
- 03Transparency. Almost no consultancy publishes its own DORA numbers.
